- 4 cups Nature’s Greens Kale
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, cut into halves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Dash of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
In a medium bowl, add kale and blueberries then set aside. In a blender, pour in 3/4 cup strawberries, vinegar, olive oil, honey and salt. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into a serving dish and set aside. Sprinkle remaining strawberries over blueberries and kale and toss. Serve immediately with dressing and chopped pistachio nuts on the side.
