- 1 package carrot cake mix
- 2 eggs (or 1/2 cup egg substitute)
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 8 cups WP Rawl Farms® Kale, finely chopped
Heat oven to 340 F. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, apples sauce, and pecans, mixing well with a spoon. Stir in chopped kale. Pour batter into two 11” x 8” prepared pans. Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 30 minutes and decorate with fun Halloween designs.
* For best results, do not use super moist cake mix as it will make the bars crumble.
