Bring a medium sized pot to medium heat and add olive oil.

Add diced yellow onions and diced sweet pepper to the saucepan and sautè until onions are translucent.

Add minced garlic and saute for 1 minute.

Add Nature’s Greens Mustard Greens and 14.5 ounces of chicken broth. Mustard greens may need to be added in batches depending on size of the pot.

Cook Mustard Greens on low to medium low until desired tenderness is achieved. 25 minutes is an average cook time for tender greens.
