- 5.1-ounce box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 1/2 cups Nature’s Greens® Kale, chopped
- 10-ounces maraschino cherries, chopped
- 30.5 ounces can exotic fruit chunks
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Bottle whipped heavy cream
Beat pudding mix and milk together. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Chop kale and set aside. Chop all but 6 cherries and set aside. Drain fruit. Mix drained fruit, chopped cherries and 1 cup chopped kale together. Add graham cracker crumbs into 6 parfait dishes. Layer pudding followed by the kale fruit mixture on top of graham cracker crumbs. Add another layer of pudding on top of fruit. Just before serving, top with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with chopped kale and top with a maraschino cherry.
