  • 2 cups unpeeled sliced red apples
  • 1 cup 100% orange juice
  • 2 cups chopped Nature’s Greens® Kale
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 cups cubed watermelon

Pour orange juice over apples and set aside. Massage oil onto kale then pour honey over kale and toss. Drain apples just before serving.  Layer fruits and kale and top with a sprinkling of kale.
