  • 1 can wild Alaskan salmon
  • 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup chopped Nature’s Greens® Mustard Greens

 In a small bowl combine salmon, balsamic vinegar, mustard, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine thoroughly. Place salmon mixture over mustard greens and serve.
