- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 cups WP Rawl Farms® Kale
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 cups non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- Combine banana, peanut butter, yogurt, milk and cocoa powder in blender until smooth.
- Add kale greens and blend until smooth.
