- 2 cups WP Rawl Farms® Kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Slice of lemon
- 1 cup Steamed beets
- 1 cup Quinoa
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Massage kale in olive oil and lemon juice and place in bowl.
- Add sliced beets, garlic rice and quinoa, lemon, hemp seeds.
- Drizzle lemon tahini sauce on top and enjoy!
