- pizza crust of choice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup WP Rawl Farms® Kale
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 ounce burrata cheese
- 1 jalapeño, sliced into rounds and deseeded
- 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Brush olive oil over top of pizza crust.
3. Evenly spread tomato sauce over crust leaving a 1 inch border.
4. Top tomato sauce with kale then burrata, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
5. Add jalapeño slices and pineapple.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes till cheese is melted.
