- 3 cups of WP Rawl Farms® Kale
- 1/4 cup of apple juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white balsamic
- 1/2 teaspoon Capital Hill Seasoning ( Salt and pepper will be just fine)
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup pecans
- Add kale to a large bowl.
- Tear large stems off of kale.
- Mix the apple juice, olive oil and white balsamic, and spices.
- Pour about 2T over a cup of kale.
- Thoroughly massage the dressing into the kale.
- Top with berries and pecans.
- Store any leftovers for about 3 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
