- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 4-5 cups steamed WP Rawl Farms® Kale
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon minced onion powder
- Steam all kale and drain the excess water.
- Add ingretients in a large bowl and mix together with spoon.
- Form mixture into 12 small patties and flatten them out.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to pan and cook burgers for about 5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve with or without a bun.
