- 1 box bow tie pasta
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cups WP Rawl Farms® Kale
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons
- seasonings: salt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic + onion powder
- 2 chicken breasts
- Marinate the chicken with ranch and seasonings
- Pan sear the chicken until fully cooked
- Boil the pasta in water until al dente
- Take out pasta and start sauce by sauteing garlic
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice/zest & seasonings then stir
- Let sauce thicken and toss over pasta with kale and tomatoes
- Sprinkle lemon zest and parmesan cheese on top of dish and serve!
