- 3 cups WP Rawl Farms® Kale
- 4 medium-sized russet potatoes, diced
- 14oz smoked sausage
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 white onion, diced
- 1 cup cannellini beans
- seasonings: oregano, red pepper flakes, salt + pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
- parmesan Cheese (to top)
- Cook sausage and onions in olive oil
- Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream and stir
- Bring to a boil then add potatoes and kale
- Add in all seasonings
- Stir in cannellini beans
- Boil for 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked evenly
