- 1½ cups Nature’s Greens® Organic Kale Greens
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 4 slices pineapple
- 1/2 inch raw ginger root
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut water, or more for a thinner consistency
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey
- Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy. For a thinner smoothie, add more coconut water until desired consistency is reached.
