- 1 pie crust store bought
- 4 cups of WP Rawl Farms® Greens Trio
- 1 onion chopped
- 4-6 strips of bacon chopped
- 1 8oz package of Bella mushrooms sliced
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- In a large skillet add chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon from the pan and drain the extra fat.
- Add chopped onion and saute for a couple of minutes until onion start to caramelize.
- Add sliced mushrooms into the pan and keep cooking.
- Add Greens Trio and continue to cook for a few minutes until the green are wilted down.
- Add bacon back into the pan.
- Season with salt and black pepper, and red chili flakes. (not too much salt as bacon is already salty)
- Remove skillet form the heat and set aside.
- Preheat oven at 350F degrees.
- In a large bowl whisk together, eggs, milk, and heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Roll out the pie crust on baking dish. Poke the bottom with a fork.
- Spread the greens mixture into the baking dish.
- Gently pour the egg mixture and add shredded cheese.
- Bake for about 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
