Place kale in a medium bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Gently massage kale using your hands until it is a bit silky and slightly wilted. Set aside. Place tahini in a small bowl. Add lemon juice, garlic, sea salt, cayenne, and cumin, and whisk until combined evenly. If needed, thin the tahini sauce with one to two tablespoons warm water. Set aside. Place kale in serving bowl. Top with rice, then beans, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion. Drizzle with tahini and enjoy.
