What You Need

  • 1/4 cup dry old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup canned unsweetened pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup Nature’s Greens® Kale
  • 1 tablespoon roasted pumpkin seeds

What You Do

1. In a small bowl stir together the oats and hot water. Fold in maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, and pumpkin to combine thoroughly.

2. Stir in the kale and mix evenly and thoroughly with oats. Top oatmeal with pumpkin seeds.

3. Refrigerate overnight, and grab to go the next morning.
