Heat oil in wok or heavy skillet. Add broccoli slaw and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp tender. Remove from wok and set aside. Spoon ham into wok. Stir-fry over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until browned. Add sliced pepper medley and continue to stir fry until pepper is crisp tender. Stir cooked broccoli slaw and sauce into cooked pepper and ham. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes until hot. Serve over brown rice. May be sprinkled with soy sauce if desired.
