Slice the top off the orange bell pepper and set aside. Remove the seeds, and then carve eyes, nose, and a mouth one side of the pepper, Jack-o-lantern style. Set pepper aside. In a small bowl combine avocado, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, jalapeno, salt, and black pepper, to create a uniform guacamole. Stir in the kale. Fill bell pepper with guacamole, replace the top, and serve with sliced celery.
